1 Usage Notice

(1) Understand the conditions and methods of use before putting into operation;

(2) The load current does not exceed the specified output current value;

(3) When the input voltage is in the allowable range, if the output voltage is unstable, it should be checked and removed before use;

(4) When the input voltage exceeds the range, the output voltage changes; If the scope is larger, the machine will automatically protect without voltage output, play a role in protecting electrical appliances and the machine itself, if the user needs to continue to use electricity, you can start the mains button, at this time the regulator output mains and itself does not work;

(5) Under normal conditions of use, when the regulator is loaded, it can run continuously for a long time;

2. Fault analysis and elimination:

(1) The output voltage deviates significantly from the regulator:

Manual, automatic switch is not automatic position; Should be placed in automatic position; The input voltage exceeds the stable voltage range; The carbon brush has poor contact or does not slide on the slide, should be adjusted;

(2) The output voltage slightly deviates from the regulator, should be adjusted to control the voltage regulator potentiometer;

(3) Output voltage oscillation; The power grid voltage fluctuates greatly, or the load frequency changes;

(4) Does not belong to the fault range:

Connected to the power supply chamber can start: no phase or zero line; The output is normal when no load, and the output voltage drops when full load. The input line is too long and the load is too small;

3. Maintenance:

The maintenance period varies according to the use environment. Usually, the maintenance should be performed once every three months at most six months. The maintenance contents include:

(1) Clean the dust and dirt of each component of the regulator, especially the carbon brush, slide, brush holder, guide rail and transmission mechanism, which must be wiped with “carbon tetrachloride” and cotton cloth;

(2) Replace the worn or damaged carbon brush;

(3) Repair or replace faulty components;

(4) Every 2-3 months, the tightness of the chain should be adjusted;
