High voltage metering: In the high voltage distribution device, if the user has high voltage metering requirements, the high voltage metering cabinet must be set up.

Power supply departments across China do not have uniform requirements for high or low voltage metering issues. The power supply regulations of the Northwest region stipulate that when the transformer capacity is greater than 160KVA, high voltage metering must be used; The switch of the high voltage metering cabinet must be controlled by the power supply department. Beijing, Tianjin and other North China power supply departments believe that: box-type substation metering should be good on the low voltage side, so that it can improve the reliability of power supply, reduce the instability factors brought by high voltage metering, the loss of the transformer itself can be converted into electricity costs, borne by the user.

3, transformer room structure:

When the transformer is running, a large amount of heat is continuously generated, so that the temperature of the transformer room continues to rise, especially when the ambient temperature is high, the temperature rises faster, so only natural ventilation and heat dissipation often cannot guarantee the reliable and safe operation of the transformer; In the European box change design, in addition to the natural ventilation of the box change with small transformer capacity, temperature measurement protection is generally designed and solved by forced exhaust measures. The system mainly consists of measuring device, measuring transformer room temperature, oil temperature can be. In the European box transformer, the transformer can choose both oil-immersed transformer and dry transformer, but because the dry transformer price is higher, so in the case of no special requirements of the user, the oil-immersed transformer should be preferred to reduce manufacturing costs. Transformer capacity is generally 100-1250KVA is appropriate, the maximum should not exceed 1600KVA.

4, low pressure chamber structure design:

The low-pressure chamber of the European box should be different in design structure according to the different use occasions of industrial and mining enterprises or residential areas. Generally, for the European box changes used by industrial and mining enterprises, power supply and lighting power supply should be designed separately. In the use of low-voltage metering, under normal circumstances, the power supply bureau requires separate metering of lighting electricity, mainly because the unit price of lighting electricity is generally higher than power electricity. In the structural design of substations used in residential areas, it is not necessary to consider the problem of power consumption.

The number of output paths of the low voltage chamber varies according to the capacity of the transformer and the needs of the user. The transformer capacity is small, and the user needs fewer output routes can be set up less; The transformer capacity is large, the user requires the input outlet number, can consider the design of more ways, can also consider the layout of the corridor operation form.
