Do Dry-Tye Transformers Have To Be Dried?

2024-08-27 13:56:21

In order to make the performance and efficiency of the dry-type transformer continue to improve, the power of the dry-type transformer and the strength of the work are relatively large, this time the dry-type transformer is very prone to damp phenomenon, for the dry-type transformer prone to damp phenomenon should be properly solved. So how should the common dry transformer be operated after it is wet?

(a) The newly installed oil transmission dry-type transformer should be comprehensively analyzed whether it needs to be dried to determine the following conditions:

1, electrical insulation oil test qualified strength and trace water;

2, insulation resistance and absorption ratio (or polarization index) in line with the current national standard “Electrical installation engineering electrical equipment handover test standard” (GB 50150-2006) the relevant provisions.

3, the tangent value of the dielectric loss tangent tan(%) meets the requirements (voltage level below 35 kV, capacity less than 4000 kV).

4, dry-type transformer and reactor pneumatic transport of newly installed, under the following conditions for comprehensive analysis of the response to determine whether dry:

Maintain positive internal pressure from plant to installation.

(2) The trace water in the residual oil shall not be greater than 30ppm;

1, dry-type transformer and reactor after the insulation oil, insulation oil and insulation resistance trace water should meet the national standard electrical strength after injection of “Installation of electrical engineering equipment in test electrical equipment” (GB 50150-2006).

2, when the body can not maintain positive pressure, seal without obvious damage, should be based on the comprehensive analysis of the installation and test records, comprehensive judgment whether to dry.

The above is the main introduction of the common dry transformer wet need to dry, for the dry transformer wet is to be dried.
