Environmental Labeling Certification Standards For Dry-Type Transformers Were Promulgated

The State Environmental Protection Administration’s newly issued certification standards for the Type I environmental mark of dry transformers, indicating that various energy-saving industrial products have begun to receive attention. The Framework Convention on Climate Change introduces the global action to save energy and replace fossil energy into the field of environmental protection, so that human production activities and living activities are related to energy conservation, and all human activities are related to environmental protection.
​​​The environmental indicators issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration emphasize that product quality must meet GB/T10228-1997 and GB6450-1986 quality standards, enterprise production must meet pollutant emission standards, and the four indicators of no-load loss, load loss, noise and local discharge power of the product are specifically limited, that is, no-load loss is less than 20% of the national standard. The load loss is less than 15%, the noise is 15% lower than JB/T10088-1999 standard, and the local discharge capacity reaches the excellent product standard of JB/T56009-1998 standard.
​​​In addition, for the majority of dry transformers in the country, it is epoxy resin cast type, and after waste, due to the resin and glass wire curing and fusion into the whole, can not be decomposed, polluting the environment. The use of new insulation materials such as DuPont NOMEX dry-type transformer, with high insulation grade, combustion does not produce toxic gases, strong reliability, easy to decompose, small size, light weight and other advantages, should be advocated. There have been several domestic enterprises mass production, promotion momentum is very large. For this reason, the environmental label certification excludes the epoxy cast dry power transformer from the door of the environmental label.
