How To Maintain Containerized Energy Storage System?

2024-07-24 13:48:29

Containerized energy storage system, also known as pre-installed substation or pre-installed substation. It is a kind of high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage distribution device, which is arranged into one of engineering prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact distribution equipment according to a certain wiring scheme.

Routine maintenance steps of Containerized energy storage system:

First, put the standby transformer, disconnect the low-voltage circuit breaker of the box transformer for maintenance, remove the operation safety of the control power supply, and hang the “No closing” sign at the switch handle.
2. Disconnect the circuit breaker on the high-voltage side of the maintenance transformer, close the grounding switch, fully discharge the transformer, lock the high-voltage cabinet, and hang the “No closing” sign at the switch handle.
Third, the maintenance of the box-type transformer, first clean the porcelain bushing and shell, then check the shell, gasket, porcelain bushing for rupture, discharge traces or rubber pad for aging, cable and bus deformation phenomenon, there is a rupture should be replaced.
Fourth, check whether the bus contact surface is kept clean, the contact surface should remove the oxide layer and be coated with electric compound grease.
Fifth, check whether the grounding of the transformer is good, whether the ground wire is corroded, and the serious corrosion should be replaced.
6. Tighten the lead terminal, pin, grounding screw and connecting bus screw. If loose, remove the screw, or file the contact surface with a fine flat file, or replace the spring washer and screw until the contact is good.
7. Clean the dust around the transformer and accessories, and check whether the fire fighting facilities and ventilation system are good.
8. Disconnect the ground switch on the high voltage side, lock the high voltage open joint comb, and measure the insulation resistance with the 2500V shake meter. Compared with the measured value before the transformer leaves the factory, the insulation resistance should not be lower than 70% of the original data at the factory, if unqualified, it should be reported in time.
9. Close the ground switch on the high voltage side again to discharge the transformer.
10. Check the transformer room and transformer for any tools left behind, and evacuate the scene.
11. Connect the low-voltage circuit breaker to control the power supply operation insurance, and re-hang the “no closing” sign to prevent power back to the transformer.
12. Disconnect the ground switch on the high voltage side, check the control line of the transformer site and the low voltage side again, and close the circuit breaker on the high voltage side of the transformer after no error, and let the transformer test run to remove the high voltage side sign plate.
13. Make detailed maintenance trial operation records.
