1, pressure filtration method: the insulating oil used in power transformers must have insulation properties and thermal conductivity properties (national standards) at the installation site, commonly used pressure filtration method to complete the general drying (remove water) and purification (remove dirt) method of insulating oil. 2, open valves 8 and 11, then start the oil pump, and then open valves 6 and 7. When the oil is stopped, first close 6 and 7, then stop the pump, and then close the valves of 8 and 11. (2) When working normally, the pressure gauge is working normally under the pressure of 3*10 ~4*10 Pa, if the impurities and oil paper are blocked, the pressure is increased, when the pressure reaches 6*10 Pa, be sure to stop and replace the filter paper. (3) The filter paper should be dried in the oven at 80-90℃ for 24 hours before use and placed in a clean container. (4) The filter screen is cleaned every 10 to 15 hours, at the beginning of the oil filter within 3-5 minutes, the oil outlet hole is returned to the dirty oil tank through the valve 10, the oil in the oil filter is stored, and the oil is returned to the dirty oil system through the valve 9, and the filter is filtered again. 3, transformer live oil filter: (1) When the voltage is higher than 10V, it is not appropriate to use live oil filter. Because more bubbles are generated during filtration, the bubbles will be dissociated under the action of higher voltage, which will deteriorate the insulation performance of the oil and lead to internal discharge. The gas released from the oil in the gas relay is periodically discharged when the oil is filtered with electrification. (2) When the oil filter is live, the oil filter and the oil filter should be reliably grounded to protect the personal safety of the staff, the staff should be professional, someone should be supervised, and wear good insulation supplies.
