At this time, the updatable rubber parts should pay attention to whether their model specifications are consistent when replacing them, and keep the oil-immersed transformer sealing surface clean.
Protect oil-immersed transformer from moisture
Oil-immersed transformer is a high-voltage equipment, which requires the oil-immersed transformer to maintain good insulation performance. Oil-immersed transformers are very susceptible to moisture. To prevent the oil immersed transformer from getting damp is one of the main measures for transformer maintenance.
To this end, please note the following:
1, after the purchase of oil-immersed transformer, immediately ask the power supply bureau to do a handover test. Install moisture absorbers immediately. Oil-immersed transformers with capacity of 100kVA and above are equipped with moisture absorbers. After the oil-immersed transformer is transported to the site, a moisture absorber should be installed immediately to prevent moisture inside the oil-immersed transformer. Monitor the silicone in the moisture absorber and replace it immediately after it gets wet. The silicone in the dehumidifier can absorb moisture and protect the oil-immersed transformer. The color of silica gel will change after moisture, and a new dry silica gel should be replaced at this time.
2, please pay attention to shorten the storage time of oil-immersed transformer before power transmission. After the oil immersed transformer is manufactured, it is very easy to be damp when stored. The longer the storage time, the more serious the moisture. Therefore, a plan should be arranged to minimize the storage time. Small oil-immersed transformers of 100kVA and below capacity without moisture absorption device. The oil in the oil-immersed transformer oil pillow is easy to be damp, and the oil pillow will accumulate water. If it is stored without power for more than six months or put into operation for more than one year, the oil in the oil-immersed transformer oil pillow has been seriously damp.
3. For the lifting and transportation of the oil-immersed transformer, maintenance and refueling, oil discharge valve, and lifting iron core, the dirty oil in the oil pillow should be discharged through the oil discharge plug under the oil-immersed transformer, and the oil-immersed transformer should be wiped with a dry cloth and sealed to prevent the dirty oil in the oil pillow from entering the oil immersed transformer tank. During the operation of the oil-immersed transformer, it is necessary to always pay attention to the changes in the oil level, oil temperature, voltage and current. If any exception occurs, analyze and handle it in time. When installing an oil-immersed transformer, do not use aluminum stranded wire or aluminum busbar.
