The low-voltage winding of the oil-immersed transformer generally adopts the cylindrical structure of the copper foil winding, but the copper wire is excluded from the smaller capacity. The high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the winding ampere-turns distributed evenly, the magnetic leakage is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the short-circuit resistance is strong. Its performance characteristics are as follows:
a. The core and winding are fastened separately. The high pressure part, low pressure lead and other fastening parts of the device are equipped with self-locking anti-trip nuts. It adopts unworried structure and can withstand turbulence during transportation.
b. The coil and iron core are dried by vacuum, and the transformer oil is injected by vacuum filter oil technology to minimize the moisture inside the oil-immersed transformer.
C. The tank is made of corrugated plate with breathing function, which can compensate for the change of oil volume due to the change of temperature. Therefore, the product has no oil storage tank, which significantly reduces the height of the transformer.
d. Because the corrugated plate replaces the oil storage tank, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, effectively preventing the entry of oxygen and water, resulting in a decrease in insulation performance.
e. According to the above four points, the oil-immersed transformer does not need to change the oil during normal operation, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and extends the service life of the transformer.
