​(1) The transformer room should be arranged at the bottom near the outer wall, and should open the door on the outer wall, and a fireproof overhang with a width of not less than 1 meter should be set above the opening part of the outer wall.
​(2) There should be emergency oil storage facilities for storing all the oil of the transformer below Henan transformer.
​(3) Automatic fire alarm and fixed fire extinguishing device should be set up.
