Technical requirements for oil-immersed transformers?

2024-07-31 11:10:38

1. Safety protection device 800 — 6300kV·A transformer should be equipped with A gas relay, its contact capacity is not less than 66v·A (AC 220V or 110V) DC inductive load, When the number of gases gathered in the gas relay is not less than 15w and reaches 250-300ml or the oil speed is within the setting range, the corresponding contacts should be connected respectively. The installation position and structure of the gas relay should be able to observe the color and quantity of the decomposed gas, and it should be easy to take the gas.
2. Oil protection device
The structure of the oil storage tank of the transformer equipped with an oil storage tank should be easy to clean up the inside. The volume of the oil storage tank should ensure that the oil does not overflow under the full load state of the surrounding temperature of 40℃. When the oil is not put into operation at -30℃, the oil level meter should be observed. One end of the oil storage tank should be equipped with an oil level meter, and it should indicate that the oil temperature is -30℃, +20℃ and +40℃ when the transformer is not put into operation.
The oil storage cabinet should have 100~6300kV·A transformer for oil injection, oil discharge and oil blowdown devices (except for products with nitrogen protection), and the oil storage cabinet should be equipped with a moisture absorber with oil seal. Transformers of 3150~6300kV·A should be equipped with oil storage tanks with diaphragm oil protection or oil purifiers. The oil purifier must be filled with adsorbent (such as silica gel, etc.).
3. Oil temperature measuring device
The transformer shall have a tube holder for the glass thermometer. The tube base should be located at the top of the tank, and extended into the oil of 120±10mm1000~6300kV·A transformer, outdoor signal thermometer must be installed. When the AC voltage is 220V, the signal contact capacity is not less than 50V·A, and the DC inductive load is not less than 15W. The accurate level of the thermometer should meet the corresponding standard 8.5.1 Transformers should be equipped with oil storage tanks (except sealed transformers), and their structure should be easy to clean the interior. The volume of the oil storage tank should ensure that the oil does not overflow at the ambient temperature of +40℃ under the full load state, and when it is not put into operation at -30℃, the oil level meter should be visible. One end of the oil storage tank should be equipped with an oil level gauge, and should indicate that the transformer is not put into operation, equivalent to the oil temperature of -30 ° C,+20 ° C and +40 ° C three oil level marks.
4. The oil storage cabinet should be equipped with oil injection, oil discharge and oil discharge devices, and a moisture absorber with oil seal should be installed on the transformer oil storage cabinet. 3150~6300kV·A transformer should be installed with oil purifier, oil purifier must be installed inside the adsorbent (such as silica gel, etc.). The transformer should take anti-oil aging measures to ensure that the transformer oil is not in contact with the air, such as installing capsules or diaphragms inside the oil storage tank and the oil level gauge, or using other anti-oil aging measures.
5. Transformer tank structure type: When the rated capacity is 8000~31500kV·A, the tank is bell-shaped 8.7.9 sleeve installation position and distance from each other should be easy to connect, and the air gap of the live part should meet the requirements of GB10237.
6. The transformer structure should be easy to disassemble and replace the casing or porcelain parts.
7. Transformer core and large metal structure parts should be reliably grounded through the fuel tank.
8. The lower part of the oil tank of the transformer should be equipped with a large enough oil discharge valve.
