Dry type transformer finished product back loading

The transformer manufacturer said that the body overhaul and test work is completed and all qualified, the cooler is completed, the iron core coil and the lower oil tank are washed clean, check whether all the work is missing, whether there are missing things, etc., and check whether the maintenance tools are complete. After completing the above inspection, the bell jar can be lowered, the tap changer operating mechanism and the high and low pressure bushing can be installed, and the upper main guide pipe, the oil storage tank and the no-load switch operating mechanism can be installed. Before installation, overhaul all accessories of the dry-type transformer, replace the gaskets, silicone, etc. The whole backloading process should be gently pulled and handled without causing any damage.

Oil filtration and injection

Start the vacuum oil filter to fill the oil, inject the qualified dry type transformer oil filtered in advance into the dry type transformer box from the bottom of the oil drain valve, use the dry type transformer body to carry out several vacuum oil filter heating cycles, and carry out oil tests, including simplified physical and chemical analysis and electrical performance tests. The hot oil circulation process can also discharge the moisture in the dry transformer until the dry transformer absorption ratio is qualified.

Electrical test

The transformer manufacturer said that the dry-type transformer and accessories were all repaired and installed, filled with qualified insulation oil and stood for 72 hours, and the electrical laboratory carried out a comprehensive electrical test according to the overhaul standard of the “Preventive Test Regulations for Electrical Equipment” issued by the former Ministry of Power. The test items included: Dc resistance measurement of winding tap, insulation resistance, absorption ratio or index measurement of winding and core, dielectric loss test of winding, AC voltage test, insulation resistance of core, etc.
