The oil immersed transformer has a neutral line to contact the working equipment. 1. Oil immersed transformer neutral line working circuit
The neutral line is used in the working circuit, and the voltage caused by the neutral line is equivalent to the line resistance multiplied by the current flow of the working circuit. Because of the long-distance transmission, the voltage caused by the neutral line cannot be ignored. Ground wire (PE) : Not used as a working circuit, only as a maintenance line. Using the absolute “0” voltage of the earth, when the machine and equipment housing produce power, the current will be quickly injected into the earth, even if the PE line has a guide, it is also injected into the earth from the surrounding grounding device body.
2. Oil immersed transformer neutral line protection grounding
In fact, the ground wire is not only a grounding protection, but also divided into working grounding and safety factor grounding devices. Working ground is to use it to loop the machine equipment beyond the ground line specified by the characteristics. For example, in the 1960s and 1970s, every rural household used a radio program with a ground wire, and the connection was often wet with tap water. Working ground is the metal material electrical conductor copper block buried in the soil layer, and then its point with the power line to find the road, which is the completion of the grounding system, the ground wire stipulates that the grounding wire resistance ≤4Ω. Grounding protection is a safeguard measure used to avoid accidents when using electronic products such as household appliances and offices.
The plastic shell of electrical products and office supplies is equipped with a ground wire, and the insulation layer destroys the shell to induce electricity, and the electrical flow is discharged into the ground along the installed ground wire. The power consumption technical specification requires that the maintenance grounding wire resistance should be ≤4Ω, while the body resistor is generally more than 2000Ω, according to Ohm’s law, the insulation layer is destroyed according to the body’s electrical flow is only 1/500 of the total electrical flow, and then has maintenance effect.
